Catch it. Treat it. Beat it.

Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S.

The good news is it's a 90% survival rate—if you catch it early.

There are rising rates of colon cancer in young people.

In 2020, there will be an estimated 104,610 new cases of colon cancer and 43,340 cases of rectal cancer diagnosed in the U.S. While a majority of CRCs are in adults ages 50 and older, 17,930 (12%) will be diagnosed in individuals younger than age 50, the equivalent of 49 new cases per day. An estimated 53,200 people will die from CRC in 2020, including 3,640 younger than age 50.*

This is why screenings are so critical. They can prevent cancer through the detection and removal of precancerous growths and detect the disease at an early stage, when treatment is more successful—decreasing incidences and increasing survival.

Protect yourself and save a loved one by getting screened before it's too late.
